PHOENIX, AZ/LAS VEGAS, NEVADA – Expect two days of automotive icons, driving demonstrations and pulse-pounding, high performance driving experience when the inaugural Stars Across the Desert Gary Sinise Foundation Hero Drive kicks off this November.
Slated for Sunday, Nov. 3 and Monday, Nov. 4 at the Bondurant High Performance Driving School in Phoenix, Arizona, this two-day affair combines a day at the track for automotive celebrities, and an opportunity for these automotive enthusiasts and influencers to travel across the desert together ahead of the SEMA Show, one of the largest automotive tradeshow events. The donation-based event supports the Gary Sinise Foundation, which supports veterans, war heroes, first responders and their families and is the newly announced official charity of the Bondurant High Performance Driving School, under completely new ownership and management.
Members of the media are invited and encouraged to attend the weekends’ events, the first of which will feature automotive celebrities taking the wheel of high-performance Dodge SRT vehicles at the Bondurant Driving School track. Monday’s event, meanwhile, kicks off with the caravan of vehicles departing the driving school in Chandler as they head to Las Vegas while making several stops along the way.
WHO: Veterans Jesse Cottle, Caleb Brewer and Sean Adams; The Gary Sinise Foundation, the official non-profit organization supported by the Bondurant High Performance Driving School; Auto celebrities Chris Jacobs, Cristy Lee, Bill Goldberg, Joe and Amanda Martin, and drag racer Leah Pritchett; Bondurant High Performance Driving School, The Official High Performance Driving School of Dodge SRT; The school’s world-renown instructors, who’ve welcomed and trained other celebrities, including the late Paul Newman, actor Robert Downey Jr, and most recently actor Christian Bale of the film Ford vs. Ferrari, due out in November of this year.
